A recognized education network in New York City is currently seeking a new Workday Analyst for a promising Senior-level position with their growing team.
About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: Standard business hours
- Setting: Hybrid (at least 3 days onsite; Tuesday to Thursday are mandatory)
Responsibilities:
- Configuring Workday modules to align with business processes
- Providing system support and troubleshooting issues
- Driving process improvements and managing projects
- Creating reports and ensuring compliance
- Conducting training sessions and maintaining documentation
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Workday Analyst
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience with Workday modules, including Time-Tracking, Absence Management, Benefits, etc.
- Proficient in Workday Security Administration
- Strong understanding of HR principles
- Microsoft Excel proficient
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Desired Skills:
- Workday Pro certification in Time Tracking, Absence, or Benefits
- Advanced skills in Workday reporting tools
- Experience with Workday EIBs for data loads
- Familiarity with other Workday modules
- Experience leading HRIS projects
