A recognized services organization is actively seeking a new Senior Specialist in Identity and Access Management to join their team and focus on shaping the organization's IAM roadmap and implementing IAM systems.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Flexible
- Hours: 9am to 5pm
- Setting: Hybrid (2 days in the office)
- Location: Branchville, NJ; Short Hills, NJ; Hartford, CT; and/or Charlotte, NC
Responsibilities:
- Evaluating and recommending Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions
- Designing and implementing automated identity lifecycle workflows
- Establishing and maintaining API-based integrations for IGA functionalities
- Enforcing access controls aligned with best practices
- Implementing access re-certification processes
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of IAM experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Experience with IAM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID, Okta)
- Experience with Regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, GLBA)
- Strong understanding of IAM principles
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
Desired Skills:
- 7 years of IAM experience
- Advanced Degree
- Industry certifications (CIAM, CISSP, etc.)
- Experience with advanced Access Control concepts
