A financial services company in Charlotte, North Carolina, is seeking a new Senior Records Management Specialist to sustain and scale the company's records management framework.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: Standard business (40 Hours per Week)
- Setting: Hybrid (2-3 days in the office)
Responsibilities:
- Managing records management framework beyond the initial scope
- Ensuring compliance with records management policies
- Building cross-functional relationships for program implementation
- Integrating records management into enterprise architecture
- Supporting automated data lifecycle management processes
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Records Management, Information Governance, or related field
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Strong knowledge of Data Lifecycle management principles
- Experience with enterprise archiving platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Strong communication and influence skills
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
Desired Skills:
- Certified Records Manager (CRM) or similar certification
- Experience with Federated Records Management models
- Background in IT Risk and Compliance Governance frameworks
- Knowledge of AI/ML Applications in Data Classification
