A leading financial institution in Vienna, VA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support enterprise-wide initiatives focused on organizational transformation.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am to 4:30pm (EST)
- Setting: Hybrid (at least 3 days a week onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Managing multiple large, complex projects through the full project lifecycle, including planning, analysis, design, testing, implementation, and transition
- Developing project plans, budgets, schedules, risk mitigation strategies, and stakeholder communication plans
- Leading cross-functional project teams, assigning resources, and ensuring deliverables meet expectations
- Managing vendor relationships, procurement coordination, contract execution, and quality assurance
- Providing executive-level project status reporting and resolving escalations
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Project Management experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- PMP Certification required
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and budgeting
- Experience managing contracts and vendor relationships
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities
Desired Qualifications:
- PMI-ACP, ScrumMaster, or SAFe certification
- Experience with Agile Software Development lifecycle
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of Mortgage platforms and Financial Services Operations
