A New York City entertainment organization is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a promising Senior-level position with their growing team. In this role, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading high-impact initiatives to drive a critical direct-to-consumer subscription revenue stream.
About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Standard business
- Setting: Hybrid (3 days per week onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Owning end-to-end execution and planning
- Building timelines and milestone plans
- Identifying dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Embedding with existing PMs while maintaining program-level oversight
- Tracking risks, issues, and decision logs
- Creating a reporting cadence and governance structure
- Driving stakeholder alignment
- Facilitating Agile ceremonies
- Removing impediments and maintaining momentum
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet
- Strong skills in Program Management
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Effective communication skills
- Adaptability and problem-solving abilities
- Leadership and executive presence
