A leading financial services organization is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide initiatives in Vienna, VA or Pensacola, FL. This role involves managing projects
from start to finish, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and regulatory standards.

 About the Opportunity:
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 8am to 4:30pom (40 hours per week)
  • Setting:  Hybrid (2 to 3 days onsite in Vienna, VA or Pensacola, FL)
Responsibilities:
  • Managing the full project lifecycle from concept through planning, analysis, design, testing, implementation, and transition
  • Defining scope and developing comprehensive project plans, budgets, schedules, cost estimates, and resource strategies
  • Leading cross-functional project teams and coordinating milestones, deliverables, and training plans
  • Managing multimillion-dollar project budgets, including cost control and change management processes
  • Identifying, mitigating, and escalating risks and cross-organizational impacts to ensure timely delivery
  • Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of Project Management experience overseeing large, complex enterprise initiatives
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • PMP Certification or demonstrated experience managing corporate-wide projects
  • Advanced knowledge of Project Lifecycle methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
  • Strong experience managing Budgets, Cost Controls, and Financial Reporting
  • Demonstrated expertise in Vendor and Contract Management
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills 
Desired Skills:
  • 10+ years of experience within Financial Services or other highly regulated industries
  • Advanced Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline
  • Knowledge of large Financial Institution Operations and Regulatory Compliance frameworks
  • Experience leading enterprise transformation and organizational change initiatives
  • Strong executive presentation and strategic planning capabilities
