A tech services company in Atlanta, GA, is actively seeking a new Senior Platform Engineer specializing in Data Platform for a Remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Leading technical design and architecture for cloud infrastructure and DevOps systems.
- Owning the code review process and enforcing engineering standards
- Mentoring junior engineers and leading technical processes
- Building and maintaining Terraform modules and CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborating on platform technical direction
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, or DevOps
- Expert-level knowledge of AWS or Azure Cloud Services
- Strong skills in Terraform
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Security and Compliance in Cloud environments
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Databricks infrastructure
- Background in Data Platform environments
- Experience with Observability Stacks like Datadog
- Experience with Internal Developer Platforms or Self-service Tooling
