A nonprofit services organization in New York City is seeking a licensed professional to join its Flexible ACT Team in Brooklyn as their new Senior Mental Health Clinician.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm
- Setting: Flexible Assertive Community Treatment (ACT)
Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing treatment plans
- Providing community-based support to clients
- Collaborating with internal teams and external providers
- Attending morning meetings and case conferences
- Documenting client interactions within 24–48 hours
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with dually diagnosed individuals
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Licensed clinician (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist)
- Experience in Harm Reduction & Recovery
- Proficiency in MS Word/Excel
- Strong clinical writing skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
Desired Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Proficiency in MS Word/Excel
