A pharma company in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced professional to join their staff as their new Senior Manager, Global Logistics Compliance to support global logistics and distribution of drug substances and finished goods.
***This is a Remote opportunity with field interaction on occasion.***
Responsibilities:
- Leading logistics-related change control activities within Veeva QMS
- Managing change assessments and logistics operations documentation
- Overseeing global logistics deviations and quality issues
- Collaborating with various departments for accurate documentation
- Developing SOPs and identifying process improvement opportunities
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical and/or Biotech industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in Veeva QMS
- Understanding of GxP, GDP, and GMP regulations
- Experience with global partners in Manufacturing and Logistics
- Leadership and project management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to organize complex processes
Desired Skills:
- Certifications related to Supply Chain and/or Logistics
- Knowledge of Rare Disease or Small-batch Manufacturing
- Familiarity with Regulatory filing impacts and Logistics requirements
