A consumer products company in New Jersey is actively seeking a new IT Project Manager to join their growing team in Glen Rock.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: 9am to 5pm
- Setting: Hybrid (minimum 3 days/week onsite)
- Compensation: $120k to $130k
Responsibilities:
- Providing updates to the Director of Projects and Innovation
- Coordinating delivery of the IT Programme
- Developing a tailored PMO function
- Delivering IT projects on time, within budget, and of high quality
- Communicating and negotiating with stakeholders
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Program Management
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in Retail environments
- Budget Management expertise
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Flexibility and organizational skills
- Ability to pivot and adapt to changes
- Effective team leadership skills
Desired Skills:
- Master's Degree
- Relevant certification in Project Management
- Proficiency in Project Management tools
