A consumer products company in New Jersey is actively seeking a new IT Business Systems Analyst for a Senior-level opportunity with their team. In this role, the Senior IT Business Systems Analyst will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise technology solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Senior Liaison for system-related business needs and strategic technology improvements
- Lead system support, enhancements, and issue resolution, including on-call responsibilities as needed
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, reliable solutions
- Manage full project lifecycle—from requirements to deployment—for high-impact system initiatives
- Ensure compliance with standards like Sarbanes-Oxley and maintain clear, audit-ready documentation
- Mentor the Junior Analysts and guide cross-functional collaboration
- Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously improve system performance and functionality
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis and solution Design
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong background in Project Management and Cross-functional Process Improvement
- In-depth knowledge of Plan-to-Produce, Procure-to-Pay, and Manufacturing workflows
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOX
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.)
- Strong project management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Desired Skills:
- Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
- Expertise in systems like Blue Yonder, Coupa, SAP, or equivalent platforms
- Advanced understanding of Cloud-based Integrations and Enterprise System Architecture
