A software company in New York City is seeking an experienced HR professional to join their team as their new Senior HR Business Partners, executing people strategies across multiple regions.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm business hours
- Setting: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Building strong, trusted relationships with regional business leaders
- Advising on people strategy, talent development, and organizational effectiveness
- Leading workforce planning, talent reviews, and organizational design initiatives
- Driving succession planning and performance management
- Identifying high-potential talent and development needs
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Human Resources experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Strong expertise in Strategic HR and Talent Management
- Experience using HR systems like Workday
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to remain calm in a rapidly changing environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications:
- 15 years of Human Resources experience
- Master's Degree
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is preferred
- Previous experience in Global HR experience
