A recognized services company is seeking an experienced IT professional to join their staff as their new Senior Director of Enterprise Applications. In this role, the Senior Director of Enterprise Applications will be responsible for leading ERP strategy and enterprise-wide application implementation, with a focus on transformation across global platforms.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: Standard business (40 per week)
- Setting: Remote with 30% travel
Responsibilities:
- Leading ERP strategy, consolidation, and implementation
- Managing a diverse application portfolio, including ERP, CRM, and data platforms
- Engaging with executive stakeholders to align strategies
- Establishing governance and operational processes for applications
- Driving global transformation initiatives and process improvements
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of IT experience, with 8+ years in senior leadership roles
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
- Proven success in leading large-scale enterprise applications transformations
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, S/4HANA, and Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Strong technical and business acumen, especially in ERP and CRM platforms
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's Degree and/or MBA
- Bilingual (English and German)
- Experience in global, multi-region environments
- Experience with Big 4 consulting firms
- Knowledge of SOX compliance related to ERP platforms
- Leadership in setting strategic enterprise IT direction
