A Fortune 50 financial services company is seeking a highly motivated Senior Decisioning Architect (CDH Support) to join their team in the McLean, Virginia area.
Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, and enhance CDH decisioning solutions.
- Lead strategy design workshops and guide best practices.
- Oversee deployment governance, version control, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with analytics and modeling teams to align technical and business strategies.
- Troubleshoot complex CDH issues and coach junior developers.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Pega experience
- PCDC certification
- Deep expertise in CDH decisioning expertise
- Strong experience designing enterprise decisioning architectures, data flows, and governance frameworks
- Expert-level knowledge of NBA/NBO design, adaptive models, predictions, and arbitration
- Experience mentoring and reviewing technical solutions
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
Desired:
- CSSA or LSA certification
- Financial Services and/or Marketing Decisioning experience
