A healthcare network in New Jersey is looking to add a new Senior Data Analyst to their team, focusing on direct engagement with stakeholders to deliver accurate and meaningful data-driven insights.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: 40 hours/week
- Setting: Hybrid (onsite 3 days a week)
Responsibilities:
- Engaging directly with business users to gather and document data requirements
- Translating business needs into analytical queries and reports
- Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards
- Ensuring data accuracy and business deliverables
- Communicating findings to stakeholders in plain language
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Advanced SQL skills
- Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Experience with Cloud Data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- Additional experience with Data Governance
- Proficiency in Python or R
