Responsibilities:
The Senior Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for:
- Consulting with client management on business needs and opportunities.
- Recommending solutions to enhance process efficiencies and customer service.
- Researching products to support management in budgeting efforts.
- Defining complex information systems solutions for business needs.
- Leading requirements analysis, verification, and managing changes.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in IT and systems analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- CCBATM or CBAP preferred
- Knowledge of IT concepts and application development
- Experience in leading requirements development
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects
- Advanced operational analysis and design skills
Desired Skills:
- 7+ years of IT and systems analysis experience
- Master’s degree preferred
- CCBATM or CBAP preferred
- Experience in health insurance industry
- Excellent technical and non-technical communication
