A consumer products company is seeking to add a new Senior Business Analyst to a remote position with potential for contract-to-hire. In this role, the Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding Performio functionality/capabilities and
modeling/mapping between various systems.

Responsibilities:
- Eliciting requirements and performing detailed analysis and documentation
- Modeling processes and mapping data between systems
- Evaluating impacts and prioritizing requests
- Partnering with project teams for successful data interface project delivery
- Collaborating with stakeholders for data mapping requirements development
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of IT experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodology
- Experience in Data Modeling and Mapping
- Solid understanding of Compensation Management systems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong customer focus
Desired Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Systems/Data Analysis
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification
- Experience in Performio
