A pharmaceutical company in Pennsylvania is actively seeking a new Senior Business Analyst (NetSuite) for a great Remote opportunity with their team. In this role, the Senior Business Analyst (NetSuite) will be responsible for serving as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and the technical delivery team, ensuring that functional objectives, operational challenges, and optimization opportunities are clearly defined and translated into actionable deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Engage stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and IT to document business processes, pain points, and system dependencies
- Assess existing NetSuite configurations, data structures, and workflows to identify manual processes, data integrity issues, and opportunities for automation
- Support the development of the Health Assessment Report and Optimization Roadmap, consolidating findings into prioritized, value-driven recommendations
- Analyze integration touchpoints between NetSuite and connected systems (QuickBooks, Power BI, Concur, Secure Admin) to highlight efficiency and data-flow improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with the Senior Architect and Delivery Lead to validate functional design options and ensure alignment with NetSuite best practices
- Assist in defining business requirements for future-state design and participate in validation sessions and stakeholder briefings
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant supporting NetSuite or comparable ERP environments
- Strong understanding of Financial, Operational, and Supply Chain processes within multi-entity organizations
- Experience performing Workflow Analysis, Data Validation, and Functional Testing within ERP programs
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and build consensus across business and technical teams
