About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Setting: Hybrid, 3 days onsite
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with Product Owners to gather business requirements
- Building relationships with stakeholders
- Supporting developers and prioritizing user stories
- Documenting and managing requirements documentation
- Conducting training on system changes
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience in Agile environments
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to manage changing priorities
Desired Skills:
- 3+ years of experience with Insurance Lines, Systems Analysis, or Agile teams
- College degree in a related field
- Training or certifications in Business Analysis
