A biotech company in New Jersey is actively seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for a promising Senior-level position. In this role, the Senior Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing essential support to the Government Affairs & Policy team, with additional responsibility in Political Action Committee management.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: 9am to 5pm
- Setting: Hybrid (2 to 3 days onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Managing calendars and meetings
- Arranging travel accommodations and preparing itineraries
- Drafting and editing correspondence and reports
- Handling vendor onboarding and invoice processing
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant Administrative and/or Coordination experience
- High School Diploma / GED
- Computer savvy
- Proficiency in PC, Concur, MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and support multiple projects
- Excellent follow-up skills
- Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of Political Action Committee (PAC) administration
