A Fortune 50 financial institution is seeking a Scrum Master / Project Manager to support Agile delivery initiatives. This primarily remote role requires onsite meetings in Vienna, VA.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: Standard business (40 hours per week)
- Setting: Remote (must attend meetings in Vienna, VA)
Responsibilities:
- Managing the full Agile delivery lifecycle from intake through release
- Ensuring backlog readiness and prioritization in partnership with Product Owners
- Facilitating all core Scrum ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, grooming, reviews, retrospectives)
- Coordinating across teams and stakeholders to manage dependencies, risks, and blockers
- Forecasting delivery using velocity, estimation, and capacity planning techniques
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Scrum Master / Project Management roles
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for Agile delivery tracking
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level Agile initiatives
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and SDLC
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities
- Ability to drive accountability and delivery across cross-functional teams
Desired Qualifications:
- Scrum certifications (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience within the Banking and/or Financial Services environments
- SAFe or scaled Agile environment experience
- Familiarity with Finance Systems and related project work
