A financial services organization in Virginia is looking to add a new Scrum Master to work remotely in a large enterprise environment, focusing on Agile delivery and team optimization.

Responsibilities:
- Leading and facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Coaching teams on Agile best practices and driving continuous improvement
- Leveraging advanced Scrum analytics and reporting using Azure DevOps
- Removing impediments and managing risks, dependencies, and delivery blockers
- Partnering with Product Owners and stakeholders to support backlog refinement and strategic execution
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master in large enterprise environments
- 15+ years of total experience in a project environment, with significant enterprise exposure
- Active Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification (SAFe Scrum Master preferred)
- Strong experience with Agile metrics and team performance analytics
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps or similar Agile project management tools
- Deep understanding of Scrum framework and enterprise-scale Agile delivery
- Strong facilitation and servant leadership skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership
Desired Qualifications:
- SAFe Scrum Master certification
- Experience running Agile teams within Enterprise Security environments
- Experience in the Financial Services and/or Banking industry
- Experience with strategic communication and enterprise-level execution
