A leading financial institution is looking for a Scrum Master to join their team in a remote role to manage technology projects within enterprise settings.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Setting: Fully Remote
Responsibilities:
- Serving as Project Manager and Scrum Master for an Agile delivery team
- Managing projects through the full SDLC using project management and Agile practices
- Leading Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Liaising with business partners, scrum teams, and technical stakeholders
- Managing scope, schedule, risks, and financials
Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of combined IT experience as both Project Manager and Scrum Master
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience managing technology projects in Agile environments
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional, distributed teams
- Organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Desired Skills:
- PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and/or SAFe 5 Scrum Master (SSM) certification
- Experience executing PI Planning in Scaled Agile environment
- Support in large, regulated enterprise or financial services organizations
- Strong change leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
