A pharma company in the Greater Chicago area is actively seeking a new Scrum Master / Agile Project Coordinator to ensure on-time delivery in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and facilitating all Scrum ceremonies
- Holding team members accountable to sprint goals
- Identifying and resolving risks and dependencies
- Maintaining detailed project plans and tracking tools
- Coordinating across engineering, QA, and data science teams
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Agile project management
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in project Tracking tools
- Experience with Risk Management
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving ability
- Strong organizational skills
