A recognized media organization in the Tri-State Area is currently seeking a new Scrum Lead to join their team and focus on Salesforce Delivery.

This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 3 days a week.

Responsibilities:
- Leading and facilitating agile ceremonies across Salesforce workstreams
- Partnering with Product Owners and Engineering Leads to align sprint priorities
- Driving sprint execution and resolving delivery blockers
- Promoting agile best practices and continuous improvement
- Serving as a delivery orchestrator across Salesforce initiatives
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
- Project management capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Strong organizational skills
Desired Qualifications:
- Certifications like CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP
- Applicable certifications like Scrum Master
- Experience with Salesforce Engineering teams
- Experience in Media or Digital Publishing
- Familiarity with Cloud platforms and DevOps
