A biotech company is currently seeking a new SAP Testing Lead & ALM Facilitator to join a team focused on a large-scale ERP transformation program.
***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to be on-site 3 days a week.***

Responsibilities:
- Leading the testing strategy and execution for SIT and UAT phases
- Managing ALM setup, including configuration and user support
- Developing testing playbooks and ensuring processes meet quality standards
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders across multiple regions
- Providing insights and recommendations to leadership
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as an SAP Testing Lead
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Strong proficiency in ALM tools (OpenText, Micro Focus, or SAP ALM)
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Material Management and Supply Chain processes
- Experience in ERP project management within the pharma or med device industries
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage and collaborate across global teams
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree
- Additional SAP certifications
- Experience with Data Structures and Test Data preparation
