A manufacturing company in Delaware is looking to add a new SAP FSCM Principal Specialist to their team in Wilmington, focusing on designing and implementing enterprise technology solutions.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Standard business
- Setting: Hybrid (Tuesday to Thursday onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP FSCM capabilities
- Configure credit master data, credit rules, and automated credit exposure processes
- Design and implement collections strategies and dispute workflows
- Establish integration points with FI-AR, SD credit checks, and Treasury/BCM
- Develop and maintain interfaces with external credit rating agencies
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in SAP FICO
- Bachelor's Degree
- Broad understanding of IT technologies
- Strong customer focus and problem resolution skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
Desired Qualifications:
- Applicable certifications in SAP or related areas
- Expertise in SAP FSCM
- Background in Manufacturing, specifically Specialty Chemicals
