A top financial services company is seeking a Salesforce UI Developer to support
their growing team in Tysons, VA.
Responsibilities:
- Support the design and build-out of member-facing digital experiences as part of its new Salesforce Loyalty Cloud program
- Work directly within Salesforce Experience Cloud, translating finalized UX/UI designs into high-quality, responsive, and production-ready front-end components
- Ensure that loyalty program member experiences meet standards for quality, accessibility, and performance
- Prior experience delivering member- or customer-facing digital experiences in a financial services environment is a strong differentiator
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience building and implementing front-end experiences within Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud)
- Strong proficiency in component-based development using LWC (Lightning Web Components) and/or Aura components
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript within the Salesforce development environment
- Demonstrated ability to translate approved UX/UI designs into responsive, production-ready Salesforce components with high fidelity
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including data models, integration patterns, and ecosystem tools
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, design, QA, and internal engineering teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
Desired Qualifications:
- Active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Experience Cloud Consultant, JavaScript Developer I, Platform Developer I/II)
- Experience with Salesforce Loyalty Cloud or similar loyalty platforms
- Strong understanding of UX principles and design systems
- Experience in financial services, banking, or credit union environments
