About the Opportunity:

- Setting: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, organization, and execution of distressed asset sales.
- Maintain up-to-date sales pipeline data in CRM systems.
- Conduct research on distressed markets and asset performance.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, brokers, and investors.
- Support due diligence efforts by coordinating documentation.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of relevant work experience
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with CRM tools
- Microsoft Excel proficient
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
