A community services organization in New York City is seeking a new Residential Manager to join their growing intermedicate care facilty in Manhattan as a Residential Manager. In this role, the Residential Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and providing managerial support.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Sunday to Thursday
- Hours: Flexible between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM
- Setting: Residential ICF
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing staff including an Assistant Manager and DSPs
- Ensuring compliance with OPWDD policies
- Managing resident care and individualized plans
- Coordinating with clinical and administrative teams
- Addressing and de-escalating behavioral situations
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a relevant setting
- High School Diploma / GED
- Relevant certifications (AMAP, SCIP, CPR, First Aid)
- Knowledge of OPWDD and NYS Justice Center regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and billing systems
- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience with Staff Accountability and OPWDD standards
