A New York-based nonprofit organization is seeking a Residential Coordinator to oversee a single ICF residential program in the Bronx supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full operation of the residential ICF program
- Act as the primary on-site leadership presence
- Ensure strict compliance with OPWDD, State, and Federal regulations
- Maintain exceptional documentation standards and follow-up processes
- Ensure all documentation meets QIDP standards and regulatory expectations
- Lead interdisciplinary meetings and ensure program alignment
- Provide coverage for management gaps when needed
- Support training, staff development, and performance management
- Assist with audits, investigations, and compliance reviews
- Support program improvements and operational initiatives
- May need to transport individuals using agency vehicles (post-conversion)
Qualifications:
- At least 2+ years of Supervisory experience in a Residential setting
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field
- Must be QIDP-qualified (required to sign off on documentation)
- Strong knowledge of OPWDD regulations and Compliance standards
