A nonprofit services organization in Brooklyn, New York, is currently seeking a Residential Aide to assist in maintaining a secure environment for residents.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Overnight
- Schedule: Saturday to Wednesday
- Hours: 12am to 8am
- Setting: Residential Program
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the area and providing resources to clients
- Maintaining a welcoming, safe environment
- Conducting hourly rounds to ensure safety
- Managing incidents and reporting to the management team
- Recording daily attendance, writing progress notes, and visitor logs
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 2 years of related experience
- High School Diploma / GED
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with individuals experiencing Homelessness and/or Mental Health issues
Desired Skills:
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- CPR and First Aid certifications
- Crisis Intervention Training certification
- Familiarity with Homelessness support services
