A top Fortune 50 financial institution in Pensacola, Florida, is looking for a Release Train Engineer to support Agile delivery initiatives, specifically driving Agile Release Train execution and cross-functional team alignment.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am to 5pm
- Setting: Hybrid (3 days per week onsite in Pensacola, FL)
Responsibilities:
- Leading Agile Release Train ceremonies, including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and System Demos
- Managing dependencies, risks, and escalations using RAID/ROAM frameworks
- Ensuring teams meet PI Objectives
- Supporting Agile transformation and providing visibility through metrics and dashboards
- Coaching Scrum Masters and teams in Lean/Agile principles
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- SAFe RTE or similar certifications
- Proficiency with Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps
- Experience with Release Plans and Reporting Dashboards
- Proven experience leading Agile transformations
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Advanced communication skills
Desired Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- PMP or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification
- Experience in large enterprise environment
