A New York City-based nonprofit organization is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join one of their Manhattan ICF residences supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule : Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
- Hours : 7:00am to 7:00pm
- Setting : ICF Group Home / Residential Program
Responsibilities:
- Conducting health assessments, identifying changes in condition
- Communicating with physicians and families, coordinating follow-up care, reviewing medication records
- Maintaining required documentation
- Ensuring care is delivered in compliance with agency policy and regulatory standards
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Active NYS Registered Nurse (RN)
- CPR certification
