A social service agency in New York is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join their staff at one of their shelters in Manhattan, providing care in a modern, supportive environment for homeless individuals.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm
- Setting: Homeless Shelters
Responsibilities:
- Participating in clinical meetings with staff
- Performing client intakes and connecting them to services
- Coordinating care for high-risk clients
- Medication management and prior authorization
- Overseeing LPNs and covering tasks as needed
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
- AHA BLS certification
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Solid assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and autonomously
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Experience with Homeless populations
- Knowledge of eClinicalWorks EMR
- Experience in a Mental Healthcare setting
