A social service agency in Central New York is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team in Binghamton. In this role, the Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing on-site nursing services in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Standard business (35 hours a week)
- Setting: Homeless Shelters
Responsibilities:
- Participating in weekly clinical meetings
- Performing intakes for new clients and connecting them to care
- Coordinating care for high-risk clients
- Assisting with medication management
- Managing electronic medical records
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Clinical Nursing experience
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Active NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
- AHA BLS certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Solid assessment and documentation skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to interface with clients and staff
- Ability to work independently
Desired Qualifications:
- Bilingual
- Experience working with Homeless individuals
- Knowledge of eClinicalWorks EMR system
- Experience with Mental Health services
