About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am to 5pm
- Setting: Residential Group Home
Responsibilities:
- Assessing health needs and developing care plans
- Supervising LVNs and direct support professionals
- Ensuring adherence to nursing standards
- Providing consultations and coordinating care
- Maintaining medical records and compliance
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of Clinical Nursing experience
- Graduate of a Board of Registered Nursing-approved school
- Current CA Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Solid assessment and documentation skills
- Effective communication skills
