A healthcare services organization in New York City is actively seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join their Primary Care team in Brooklyn, providing nursing care and working with diverse populations.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (Monday to Wednesday every other week)
- Hours: 9am to 5pm (40 hours per week; 11am to 7pm on rotated Mon to Weds)
Responsibilities:
- Providing primary or ER care
- Administering medications and vaccines
- Coordinating patient services
- Documenting nursing activities accurately
- Maintaining high standards of care
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of Primary Care experience
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS certification
- Previous experience with administering medications
- Solid assessment and documentation skills
- Patient oriented
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Experience in Community Health and/or Psychiatric Care
- Behavioral Health experience
