A New York City nonprofit services organization is actively seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join its Primary Care team, providing nursing care and documentation for a diverse patient population.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm (11am to 7pm on Monday to Wednesday every other week)
- Setting: Primary Care
- Patient Population: Adults
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating client services within a team
- Performing specialized care tasks
- Maintaining accurate documentation
- Administering medications and treatments
- Attending patient case conferences
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS certification
- Primary Care and/or Emergency Room background
- Experience in administering medications
- Solid assessment and documentation skills
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Experience with HIV/AIDS populations
- Experience in a Community Health Center and/or Psych Care role/setting
