A health services network on Long Island is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join their Internal Medicine team in Nassau County to provide Pediatric Care.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day (and occasional evening shifts)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours : 40 hours per week
- Setting: Clinic
Responsibilities:
- Providing clinical supervision to the patient care team
- Ensuring patient safety, satisfaction, and quality care
- Acting as a liaison between patients, staff, and physicians
- Supporting the Advanced Care Model
- Leading daily huddles and review meetings
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing program
- Active, unrestricted NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS certification
- Experience in an Ambulatory and/or Hospital setting
- Experience working with the Pediatric population
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and patient safety standards
- Solid assessment and documentation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and delegate appropriately
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Nursing
