A renowned healthcare facility in New York is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join their Outpatient team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality nursing care within an established institution.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: 5 shifts per week
- Hours: 8am to 4pm
- Setting: Outpatient Medicine
Responsibilities:
- Providing safe, competent, quality care based on nursing theory and research
- Incorporating the tenets of Relationship Centered Care through the nursing process
- Assessing and evaluating patient care needs and managing patient care
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Implementing and evaluating nursing care plans
Qualifications:
- 2 years of Nursing experience in an Ambulatory and/or Outpatient setting
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Active New York State Registered Nurse license
- AHA BLS Certification
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Critical thinking skills
Desired Skills:
- 1 year of Travel Nursing experience
- Bilingual
- Experience with floating
- Experience working with EPIC Electronic Medical Records system
