A healthcare provider in Queens, NY is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient care, clinical coordination, and support to an internal medicine team in an ambulatory setting. The role involves supervising care staff, supporting patient flow, and helping ensure safe, high-quality care.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day shift
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Hours: Standard business
- Setting: In-person, ambulatory clinic
Responsibilities:
- Supervise LPNs and medical assistants while delegating tasks within scope of licensure
- Support daily clinic operations, including scheduling, PTO coordination, and follow-through on assigned tasks
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments, taking vitals, and documenting chief complaints
- Coordinate care by reviewing charts, managing urgent requests, triaging same-day appointments, and supporting diagnostics and referrals
- Assist with patient communication, documentation, education, and collaboration with physicians and the care team
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
- Active, unrestricted NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS certification
- Experience in an Ambulatory and/or Hospital setting
Desired Skills:
- BSN or MSN
- Experience with Internal Medicine or specialty clinic workflows
