A recognized Northern New York is actively seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join one of their inpatient mental health facilities in St. Lawrence County.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Full-time, including weekends
- Hours: 7am to 7:30pm (flexible 36 hours per week)
- Setting: Inpatient Mental Health Facility
- Patient Population: Adult
Responsibilities:
- Providing patient care
- Administering medications
- Acting as charge nurse when necessary
- Providing 1:1 care and special observation
- Rotating shifts across units based on need
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 1 year of Clinical experience
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS Certification
- Experience with Inpatient Care
- Medication Administration skills
- Strong assessment skills
Desired Skills:
- 1 year of Mental Health experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Certification in Psychiatric Nursing
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs)
