A New York City-based healthcare organization is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join their Day Habilitation program on Staten Island. In this role, the Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for overseeing medication management and supervising direct care staff across two locations.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (every other weekend)
- Hours: 7am to 3pm (1/2 hour unpaid lunch)
- Setting: Day Habilitation Program (between two locations on Staten Island)
Responsibilities:
- Evaluating and assessing health needs and medical/nursing issues
- Designing and implementing treatment plans
- Communicating medical concerns with community nurses
- Maintaining requisite documentation and nursing notes
- Supervising and training direct care staff
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Nursing experience
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience with Medication Management
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
