A New York City nonprofit services organization is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join their staff at one of their group home in Queens.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (rotating weekends)
- Hours: 9am to 5pm
- Setting: Clinic / Group Home
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating client services with an interdisciplinary team
- Performing specialized care and learning new skills
- Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting changes
- Attending patient case conferences and promoting quality care
- Administering medication and handling emergencies
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
- New York State RN License
- Proficiency in interdisciplinary care planning
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Experience in a Psych and/or Primary Care role/setting
- Experience with HIV/AIDS, Substance Use, or Mental Illness
