A prominent healthcare provider in Staten Island, NY, is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join their team. This role is essential in supporting the health and well-being of individuals in a residential facility setting.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm or 10am to 6pm
- Setting: Residential Facility
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and following through on health care services for assigned program(s)
- Arranging medical services and issuing referrals
- Providing follow-up on medical issues
- Conducting staff training in medical administration and infection control
- Handling control of communicable diseases and implementing preventive measures
Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Nursing experience (new grads welcome)
- Graduate of an accredited program of professional nursing
- License and current registration as a Registered Nurse in New York State
- Knowledge of equipment used by individuals receiving services
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Interpersonal skills to interact with individuals, families, and staff
Desired Skills:
- Experience in Community-based Health Services for individuals with Developmental Disabilities
- CPR certification
- Experience with OPWDD, Group Home, IDD/DD
