A healthcare network in New York City is looking to fill an immediate need at one of their group homes in Queens with the addition of a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) on a Part-time basis.

About the Opportunity:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Assignment Length: Ongoing (Contract to Hire)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Flexible (8hrs per day)
- Patient Population: Adults (IDD / Medically Fragile)
- Patient Volume: 10 per day
Responsibilities:
- Provide documented oversight of medical appointments and medical issues
- Coordinate and monitor health services as well as signs and symptoms of illness
- Train and oversee all medical systems and document accurate completion of
- Monitor care during medical hospitalizations
Qualifications:
- NYS Registered Nurse license
Desired Skills:
- 1+ year of Nursing experience
- Experience with the OPWDD population
