About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am to 3:30pm
- Setting: Day Program
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and providing health care services as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Arranging medical services and issuing referrals
- Providing follow-up on medical issues for clients
- Training staff on medical administration and infection control
- Handling communicable disease control and providing immediate first aid
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Nursing experience in Community-based Health Services
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
- Registered Nurse license in the State of New York.
- CPR Certification
Desired Skills:
- 1+ years of experience in Developmental Disabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- OPWDD clearance
