The role provides direct clinical care, medication support, and routine health monitoring in a structured daytime environment.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8:30am to 3:30pm
- Setting: Day Habilitation Center
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and maintain accurate documentation
- Provide first aid support, routine health monitoring, and respond to health-related emergencies as needed
- Perform male catheterizations while maintaining client comfort and dignity
- Document health interventions and client care activities in a clear and timely manner
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Experience working with adults with special needs
