A healthcare organization in New York City is actively seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join their Young Adults ACT Team in Queens, providing community-based services to young adults with mental illness.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm
Responsibilities:
- Providing medical services on a mobile treatment team
- Managing the administration of medications
- Ensuring medical standards are met
- Conducting assessments in physical health and behavioral health
- Providing crisis management support
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Nursing experience
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong knowledge of medical conditions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Experience with Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) setting
- Experience in Community Mental Health settings
- Behavioral Health expertise
